Is Mycashpoint legit?

In their own words, “Mycashpoint is a multinational company that is committed to delivering top quality services while upholding global standards“, however this is quite distinct from what they are in the actual sense. As a matter of fact, upon conclusion of my analysis, Mycashpoint is actually not a website to be trusted due to their shady structure and the fact that, it also hosts an investment scheme.

Therefore, in this article, we will be having a look at all there is to know about Mycashpoint, how it works, the investment aspect most people may not have seen and finally, a critical discourse on whether it is a legit scheme or simply a waste of time for anyone who cares about his or her time. So without wasting much time, let’s dive right into the topic of the day.

About MyCashPoint

Mycashpoint claims to be a multinational company that is saddled with the responsibility of delivering top-notch services but it has nothing to do with multi national. In the real sense, it’s an earning platform designed in such a way that, users either have to refer people to earn enough to reach the withdrawal threshold or participate in the investment features.

If you are yet to create an account, I bet you must have seen the register and get 20,000 naira bonus writeup on their webpage and the most enticing part, the 4,000 naira per referral aspect; the reality is, the website actually offers much more than the aforementioned.

On the webpage, you can also find another section known as the Invest tab, where you are expected to deposit your own money, purchase one of their investment plans and start earning interest on a weekly basis.

So the site is not just a referral scheme but an investment based platform and that is where the problem lies.

Breakdown of Earning Methods

There are actually three ways to earn on Mycashpoint as they claim and they are as follows;

1. Referring – when you register and start sharing your referral link to friends and family, you earn 4,000 naira for each person who decides to register using your link. The most surprising part is, the sign up process isn’t even half as stressful as it should be considering the amount they claim to be paying out.

The hunt for referrals is probably the reason why you’re seeing people promoting and speaking good of the platform. Imagine being told you will be paid 4k for each person you bring in, who would not take it very seriously? Literally everyone will and that is more reasons to disregard what you see on social media.

2. Registration Bonus – according to the earning structure of mycashpoint, new users are also given 20,000 naira bonus upon sign up and expected to refer others or invest till their balance gets to the minimum threshold before accessing withdrawal option. The registration bonus is open to everyone as long as you successfully create an account on the site. It’s an easy way to have a head start on the platform especially for people who can’t really refer others.

3. Investment – there are investment plans on Mycashpoint and they claim users could earn a percentage of whatever amount used to purchase or activate one of the plans. The investment part doubles down as two major factors in my books and I’ll soon get to that.

Withdrawal Process

According to the information on the webpage, withdrawals can only be made once a user earns up to 60,000 naira. Considering the amount being given to new users upon sign up and the enticing referral incentive, it shouldn’t take too long for an average user who is capable of referring to attain the threshold.

To withdraw, just click on the three lines at the top left corner and tap on Withdraw, select the balance you want to withdraw from and submit. While the chances of getting a dime is almost non-existent, it’s still important that I mention it.

Final Verdict

Down to the question of whether it is legit or a scam, well based on my analysis and grounded experience on many other similar sites,  Mycashpoint cannot be regarded as legit. Reason being that, it’s more like a spam web page created for two purposes namely;

  • Milking Ad revenue – the website is filled with annoying Pop under adverts that divert the attention of the readers or users to a different unwanted page. This is a common practice in today’s Internet, where scammers launch websites promise to pay users, get them to complete a few tasks to earn some money from their visits and traffic on the page.
  • Defrauding users through the Investment Plans – it’s common knowledge that websites with an option for users to invest money are not legit. In the case of mycashpoint, it’s even worse because in their writeups, the investment part was never mentioned thus, I was surprised to see the Invest section on a supposedly free-to-earn platforms.

Therefore, it’s an anomaly to regard Mycashpoint as legit because it perfectly ticks all the boxes for spam/scam websites aimed at earning the most from annoying adverts from users. The domain name as well doesn’t depict a credible webpage.

Mycashpoint.online is a cheap domain name. A website that rewards users with free 20,000 naira should be built on a credible webpage and reverse is the case on here and these are the key factors to consider before proceeding to complete other factors.

Additionally, it’s too unrealistic to be true. A website gives you 20,000 naira and it doesn’t end there, they also give you the option to refer others and earn 4,000 naira each and instead of setting up good security or verification process to curb people who may want to engage in sharp practices, the registration process was still left to be completely porous — further laying credence to the already established notion that, Mycashpoint is not legit and as such, the chances of paying is non-existent..

Pros Pros

Are there any pros or good aspects of participating or even imagining to join Mycashpoint? The answer is no. After careful analysis, nothing positive was found about the platform.

Cons Cons

On the other hand, here is a summary of the downsides or cons of attempting to join;

  • No valid Payment Proof from any one.
  • Too good to be true
  • High minimum withdrawal threshold typical of spam websites out to waste people’s time.
  • Spammy websites filled with annoying Pop under adverts that divert and forcefully take away users from what they are trying to do to a spammy landing page if care is not taken.

Conclusion

There is no reason to participate or even allow yourself get swayed by the evidence or fake writeups everywhere on social media. All the writeups are done in the dark by people who believe that, there is a chance of recovering and making money from the platform via referring.

I believe this review will go a long way in showing you truly, what mycashpoint.online is all about and reasons why you shouldn’t proceed if you had concluded.
