Brento is a mobile application that claims to be a hub for users to earn money by completing simple social tasks on a daily basis. I like to call platforms like this, a hub’ because they not only serve as a source of earning for users but also, a medium for brands to boost their businesses. Brento claims to be offering users free 10,000 naira but only when they activate their accounts by funding their wallets but upon closer analysis, I discovered quite a few inconsistencies in their claims.
In this article as we always do, we will be having a deep look at the key things to know about the Brento App, the earning methods and reasons why you should probably not proceed to “Activate Account“. This article is aimed at enlightening people who often get swayed by whatever they see on social media, so it’s in your best interest to calmly read this review till the very end.

Brento is an application that allows users earn money by completing simple tasks on a daily basis. These tasks are uploaded to the app by brands looking to promote their businesses — therefore while completing the tasks, brands also gain recognition and attention, everyone is happy at the same time.
It’s what I personally like to refer to as task earning application but the main deterrent for most users or what’s making people delay in participation is the fact that you have to pay money to activate your account in order to gain full access to the features.
Therefore, as a user (someone who has paid the activation fee) you earn money by completing simple tasks uploaded to the application by Brands. When you complete them, you earn money.
Nature of Tasks
The tasks to complete are usually related to social media; following a page or a profile on Facebook, sharing a post, liking a page and subscribing to a channel. If you have a social media account, then you can always complete the tasks on Brento.

Besides the tasks completion part, they claim users can also earn money by referring others. According to the information on the referral page, users who refer others get to earn 2,000 naira and also 20% of anything their invitees earn. So if you don’t feel like completing the tasks, you can stick to referring others but bear in mind that, you must have to activate your account.
Is Brento App Legit Or Scam?
Brento app is most likely a scam. The reason why I feel so is, because there are way too many inconsistencies in their claims and they have intentionally paid for fake reviews for their app to have some appeal to new users who don’t understand the tricks.
Why did I say so? First things first, they initially claimed users have to pay 1,900 naira to activate their accounts in order to gain access to the 9,999 Naira Bonus balance but after a while, this amount was increased to 2,999 approx 3,000 naira. Meaning that users would only gain access to the full platform after they pay this amount.
The change or modification in the account activation price is a RED flag worth noting. Reason is, real, or better put, legit online earning platforms that mean well for the users don’t change their account activation fee so easily.
False Play store Reviews
Secondly, the paid reviews is another dubious move by the administrator(s) of Brento. When I checked at first, I saw some nice comments, as a matter of fact they had a very good rating that prompted me to consider conducting a deeper analysis of the platform but when I saw the nature of the comments and reviews from so called app users and the dates, I found out the reviews were paid and as such shouldn’t be taken seriously.
If you see a legit review, you will know. People don’t just review an app in few words. If they are truly comfortable or happy about an app and not just incentivized to review, they will write something longer than just generic words like, “Nice app” “legit” “good” etc. these are telltale signs of a paid review and most times, app developers pay for reviews when they want to mislead potential users.
The intention of whoever owns Brento in this case is to lure gullible users into depositing or paying for the activation fee due to the so called good reviews on Play Store. So for your own good, don’t fall for that trick — it’s an agelong tactic by fraudulent developers to deceive potential users and I know most people reading this article may not have a clue.
Bonus Balance is Just Bait
Another key reason why Brento is most likely scam is the fact that, the Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn even after activating account. The first thing that attracted me to the app was their advertisement on Facebook, saying new users will earn free 10,000 naira but I discovered that even after activating your account you won’t be able to withdraw the so called bonus.
Therefore, the 9,999 naira registration bonus is like a bait to attract gullible users into activating their accounts. The sole intent of the administrator is just to ensure users pay the activation fee and that’s why the money was increased from 1,900 to 3,000 naira. Would you like to the game in this click bait? I bet you wouldn’t. In order not to fall prey, it’s best to stay away.
Unrealistic Earnings
I have participated in numerous task earning platforms, be it apps and even websites. I perfectly understand the kind of tasks and the earnings to expect from them. As a matter of fact, there are some certified task earning platforms you can check out to confirm what I’m saying
Their earning rate is usually poor and also, the referral bonus is never that high. If you check Brento, the referral program is too high to be realistic. Imagine paying users 2,000 naira per referral with a 20% commission rate… It’s giving a ponzi scheme vibe or a purely affiliate scheme vibe. There’s a popular saying that if something is too good to be true, then there’s a high chance that it may not be true.
Fixed Payment Days
They claim payments are only disbursed on Mondays and Thursdays. Another indication that it’s most likely Not Legit. If you have been following my reviews, you will have known that, I seriously frown against platforms with a fixed payment date or even days. It’s never a good sign and same thing applies here.
Final Verdict — Stay Away From Brento
The long and short of the whole story is, stay away from Brento App. Their moves are highly suspicious and as such, don’t go depositing money in the name of activation of account.
As someone with profound experience on task earning apps and websites, I know when a platform is portraying very serious Red Flags and at the time of writing this review, there is nothing positive about joining Brento or activating your account with your hard earned money.
