InstaTasker is a telegram bot that allows users earn money daily by watching short using their accounts. While others like to call it’s a “telegram paying bot”, I prefer to call the whole arrangement a telegram PTC mini-app because, you literally do what people do on normal Paid-to-Click websites, the only difference is, InstaTasker makes you do it directly on telegram using your account on the social network.

Additionally, there are somethings about the telegram bot that are quite suspicious or better put, makes the whole earning process less appealing and in this article, we will be having a detailed analysis into how InstaTasker bot works, the earning methods and finally, an appraisal of the pros and cons for users who are yet to make up their mind whether or not to participate. Having said all these, let’s get started.

About InstaTasker

InstaTasker as the name implies, is a telegram bot or better put, mini-app that gives users the opportunity to earn some money daily by viewing ads, completing tasks and referring friends on telegram to onboard. It’s the telegram version of a PTC website but unlike majority of Nigerian based platforms that pay in Naira, here you are paid in cryptocurrency via a token known as Banana for Scale (BANANAS31)

As a PTC telegram mini-app, once you create an account, you are expected to start viewing ads for a short duration of time, at least 5 seconds to earn some of the crypto token. On the mini-app, earnings are not recorded in points or coins, you earn the token directly for completing the tasks — just that the amount you earn are typically low, so much effort is required to earn something tangible.

There are a couple of ways to earn on the platform ranging from viewing ads to referring others. We will be going over the earning methods in a more detailed manner to enable you have a better understanding of what to expect after you onboard.

Earning Methods

On InstaTasker, there are two categories of tasks to complete — there is the ad viewing and task completion aspect. Below is the differentiating factors between them;

1. Ad Tasks :- there is a section on the mini-app that is known as Ad tasks, here you will be shown about 30 ads to view per day with a limit of 15 per hour. You click on the ad and view for at least 5 seconds and you get credited with 2 bananas31 token for doing so. Therefore, you get to earn 60 bananas31 token per day from viewing the 30 ads on a daily basis.

The ads are usually about other telegram bots and mini apps, so clicking on them in most cases, wouldn’t take you outside of the social messaging application, rather you will be taken to the specific service being advertised.

2. Tasks :- InstaTasker is currently accepting advertisement requests for channel owners and bot owners — helping channel owners build their channel by embedding their channel as one of the tasks users need to complete in the task section.

Therefore, when you click to complete the tasks, you just have to join the telegram channels present on the tasks page and there is a rule that, users shouldn’t just join for the sake of claiming the reward. You have to join and remain there. When I checked out the amount channel and bot owners are paying to InstaTasker to place their channels as one of the tasks to complete, I felt it’s quite reasonable considering that, users who complete the tasks are rewarded with 1 bananas31 for doing so.

3. Referring :- this is now a tradition in most earning platform. It’s understandable though, brands and platforms can only grow by leveraging on the influence of large referrers. On InstaTasker, users get paid 5% of whatever their referrals’ earn for a “lifetime”. The reason why the lifetime is in quotation is, I have seen many earning platforms promise users a lifetime bonus or incentive and then as time goes on, they change the rules. So, most times, I prefer not to take their words for it.

What this referral program entails is, you can really earn up to the minimum threshold easily by referring and building a large team. If your referrals actively view the ads and complete tasks, you earn more and from my own testing, it gets added to your overall balance in real-time.

Getting Started

If you are on telegram, you have already done more than half of the job. Just click on the search column and type in InstaTasker same way it is on this post and you will see the post. Start it and you will be given the option to open the mini-app.

Launch the mini-app to start earning money too by viewing ads and completing tasks. The options on the dashboard are very simple and easy to understand.

Click on Ad tasks to view adverts capped at 30 per day with a limit of 15 per hour. So you just sacrifice 2 hours of your time daily to earn.

There is TG tasks, here you join the channels that have paid for advertisement. The earning is lower than what you get from viewing ads but at least, it’s complimentary and it’s one of the activities that proves you are an active user and not a spectator.

How to Withdraw

There is an option to withdraw on the dashboard as well and it’s easy to navigate but for the sake of those with limited knowledge of cryptocurrency, I will be breaking it down step by step.

When you click on the withdraw option, you will see a column to enter amount and also, another column for submission of your BANANAS31 address and finally an option to select payment method.

At the time of writing this article, BANANAS31 is only listed on Binance, so you head to Binance, click on Add funds or deposit and search for BANANAS31, you will see it, click on it select network (Binance Smart chain) and copy the address shown to you.

Head back to InstaTasker and go back to the withdrawal page, paste the copied address, enter the amount and select Binance in the payment method section, submit and wait for payment.

They claim users can withdraw via cryptocurrency and PayPal but at the time of writing this article, the only channel is cryptocurrency (Binance) and the minimum withdrawal is 450 BANANAS31.

The 450 BANANAS31 is worth $3+, so once you earn up to this amount, you can try withdrawing.

Is InstaTasker Telegram Bot Legit?

InstaTasker bot may be legit and paying for now but like every other telegram bot, there is no definite way to vouch for their legitimacy. Reason being that, some bots may intentionally pay the first few users and then fail to pay others while some bots may intentionally change the withdrawal rules or threshold suddenly, making it impossible for users to withdraw.

Those are the two main factors to consider while trying to join a telegram earning bot. The payment is never assured and the chances of them failing to meet up to their own claims is quite high.

In the case of InstaTasker, there are specific grey areas you should know about;

High Withdrawal Threshold

Upon sign up, I was made to believe that the withdrawal threshold is 100 BANANAS31 but after I had earned up to this amount, I tried withdrawing, only to select Binance as a payment method and was greeted with a different threshold. While this is quite understandable, considering that some exchanges don’t accept certain amounts of deposit, it still goes a long way to betray the trust of users.

Why didn’t they state from the get-go that crypto withdrawals through Binance is much higher than the previous amount mentioned? The threshold is also too high and as such, would take quite a long while for an average user who doesn’t have any referral to achieve thus making InstaTasker a less appealing earning mini-app.

Stressful Earning Methods

Another thing about InstaTasker I find less attractive or appealing is the earning methods. The fact that, users have to watch ads and also, join telegram channels that they have no interest in, makes the earning process quite stressful and spammy. If you are participating with your main telegram account, then you will find yourself joining so many telegram channels, most of which don’t align with your preferences.

Additionally, the watching or viewing ads thingy is also very stressful. It depletes data rapidly thus making it quite difficult for users who don’t really have much data to participate. If care is not taken, you may end up spending data equivalent of what you are trying to earn on the mini-app.

No ‘REAL’ Payment Proof

People claim InstaTasker is paying but I have personally not seen more than one payment screenshot. It’s as if everyone on social media agreed on using just one payment proof for all posts about the mini-app. I have been looking to find other payment proofs, all to no avail and to be honest, the scarcity of payment proofs and the fact that users are recycling just a particular proof makes me doubt the legitimacy of the bot as well.

No Community or Group for Users to Converse

I perceive it as a red flag when an earning platform doesn’t create or provide a forum for users to chat and converse. It gives me very negative idea of the administrator(s) of such earning platform. While InstaTasker has a telegram channel, they don’t have a direct way to reach their support and no chat group for users to communicate their thoughts and experiences — which to me, is a big Red Flag.

Conclusion

In summary, I would say, InstaTasker may be legit but some signs/indications state otherwise. In a few days time, I will be able to make a conclusive analysis of the mini-app, when I make my first withdrawal. For now, it’s all stories with some desperate users posting and reposting same payment screenshots on social media.
