Nigerianpasc otherwise known as Nigerian Poverty Alleviation Subsidy Commission commonly and less formerly referred to as Project Hope, is a well known platform because of the fact that, alot of users are getting paid up to 20,000 naira and above just for referring genuine users to create an account on the site. Apart from the referral aspect, all new users are given 1.5million naira in subvention and most users are keen on knowing if it’s possible to withdraw the bonus.
In the bid to satisfy the readers, I decided to conduct deeper research into whether it will ever be possible for users to access the subvention and guess what? From what I could gather from their customer service. Project Hope is yet to take it’s full form and there’s need for everyone to be informed about what’s coming.
So in this article, I will be revealing what the administrator said to me when I asked about the 1.5million naira bonus and why Project Hope may not be exactly what people think it is. Without wasting more time, let’s dive right into the full discussion.
What is Project Hope?
First things first, Project Hope claims to be an initiative being controlled by the Poverty Alleviation Office aimed at getting people out of poverty by providing financial programs and reliefs to people who are in dare need of it. What makes it even more interesting is, the fact that since the site was officially launched, they’ve been consistently paying users free money for referring others.
When it comes to how it works, nigerianpasc is very simple and straightforward. Even though I had earlier explained how the platform works on my initial publication, here is what you should know.
On ‘Project Hope’, you earn by either completing the sign-in task daily or by referring others. The referral program is actually the fastest way to reach the minimum withdrawal threshold and that’s what most people are utilizing to make free withdrawals from the platform.
Ever since it’s started paying, nothing has changed. The only thing hindering some people from being able to withdraw on the platform is the referral requirement and the fact that, the minimum threshold is on the high side.
Is it Possible to Withdraw 1.5 Million Naira Subvention?
According to the customer care representative I reached out to, it’s possible. But there is a condition and the customer care representative didn’t hesitate to also inform me.
For users to be able to withdraw the 1.5million, two conditions have to be met and they are as follows;
- The Platform needs to have reached or exceeded 500,000 valid users i.e. users who submitted real NIN
- Real name authentication must be done for all users. There is an option for authentication on the dashboard but it’s not been enabled yet, however, the customer representative stated that, all users would have to complete their real name authentication to qualify for withdrawal of the welcome bonus.
Therefore, the 1.5million bonus on Nigerianpasc is withdrawable but this might be possible or more feasible when the platform takes it full shape and more features enabled.
Suspicious Developments on Nigerianpasc
There are some suspicious things I noticed on Project Hope that has changed my idea of the platform and how official they claim to be.
It’s paying quite alright but their recent moves seem more to me like they are simply nurturing and paying out money to users to build enough trust before perpetrating fraud. You know, it’s easier to scam someone if you have already paid out so much money for free and gained significant trust from the users.

Why do I say so? They recently added a recharge feature that gives users the opportunity to deposit and recharge their wallet balances on the site and when I inquired about it via my chat with the customer care representative, they made it clear to me that, they’re working towards introducing “welfare products and packages” — where users deposit money and they earn 850 naira per day for the lowest product priced at 50,000 naira.
From the explanation made by their so called Boss on the Zoom live recording, Abdullah Isah, the higher the amount deposited by the user, the more subsidy or subvention they would be given and the more money they earn on a daily basis.

After playing the zoom recording for some minutes, I found out that, Project Hope aka Nigerianpasc is most likely a scam. It’s paying now to build trust and they are working so hard to build a large team of trusted users who wouldn’t mind recharging with 50,000 naira or 100k as long as it’s an offer from a platform that have paid them for free many times”.
The recharge feature and the plans they have underway are not so positive. They point to the fact that the platform is a Ponzi scheme trying to defraud users along the line.
My Suggestion
It’s crystal clear that the platform is paying at the moment just to build trust but you can still leave unscatted, but in my suggestion, it can only be possible if you are able to curtail greed and stay away from anything related to making deposits or funding wallet on the platform.
The recharge feature and their zoom live meeting are not for nothing. It’s a well calculated idea to steal from Nigerians and as such, you can only be entirely safe and count yourself as a very lucky person if you ignore any claims or attempts to lure you into making deposits.
A very common method they might use to make greedy individuals deposit money is if they promise them access to the 1.5million subvention after deposit, but for your own good, don’t fall for the trick. The site is not legit.
If you must continue to participate, restrict it to the referral program and being able to withdraw the bonus now that their plans have not fully hatched.
Conclusion
Nigerianpasc is evolving into something we’ve always frowned against on this blog and as such, you may need to change as the circumstances change. With their plans to launch welfare products that users could purchase with money to earn daily rewards and unlock additional subsidy, it’s clear they are headed towards an undesirable direction.
Therefore, it’s safe to tag it a high risk earning platform at the moment, since it’s still paying but as time goes on, you may need to completely steer clear especially if they start luring users to “recharge” or deposit money to earn extra rewards.
