Nodemics claims to be a platform that is working to develop an AI that is capable of generating better images than Chatgpt and at the moment, they are test running the system with images of people. According to the information on their webpage, users who upload their pictures get to earn money daily for doing so and can always access this earned revenue on specific dates of the month.
At first, I felt it was similar to an AI Image test platform most of us joined in the past, known as High-flyers, until I did my due diligence. Then, I discovered that Nodemics is nothing like highflyers, as a matter of fact, there’s a high chance it may not be legit. But what am I reasons for saying so? You may be wondering; but let’s leave that for later, for now, the focus is on understanding what Nodemics studios is all about, the earning methods before we get to the part you ought to know about i.e. my take on its legitimacy.
About Nodemics
Nodemics studios also known as nodemics.com is an earning website that claims to be test running an Artificial Intelligence that would be able to generate images that look better than images generated by Chatgpt. As we all know, Artificial Intelligence is the order of the day, chatbots like Chatgpt, Meta AI, Grok etc can do alot of things instantly for users — prominent among them is image generation.
You can generate images of personalities, fine-tune personal images and do alot of test running with photos on the aforementioned AI chatbots. So that’s basically what Nodemics claims to be working on — something better than what is already available and to achieve this, pictures of users are needed for which, they claim to be paying users money for each photo uploaded.
This is very similar to a platform known as High-flyers; they paid a lot of users for uploading pictures for the AI testing and development. But the problem we often encounter on most online earning platforms is, some tend to pay well before other subpar copycat versions emerge.
Earning Methods
There are three ways of earning on Nodemics according to the information on their platform and they are as follows;
1. Photo Upload :- for each image uploaded to Nodemics studios, the user earns 300 naira. This earning will be instantly added to your performance reward and can be withdrawn when it’s time for withdrawal. The interesting yet funny part is, there is no limit to the number of images you can upload to the system.
The more images you upload, the more money you accumulate on the system and can supposedly withdraw. In fact, they claim users can earn up to 20,000 naira in a week by uploading as much as 100 images.
Therefore, it’s glaring that, there is really no limit to the number of images users could upload.
To upload pictures, just sign-in to your newly created account and click on Upload Pictures, select the image from your file manager and upload. You will be asked to describe the image you just uploaded, write something in the description column and submit. Your balance on the site will be automatically updated with the revenue from the photo uploaded.
2. Recruitment :- you can become a HR manager by referring alot of new users. Though there is no specific amount users can earn for each referral, they claim users who refer others will be able to earn some commissions or percentage of the referred user’s income. So the more your referrals earn, the more bonus gets added to your balance.
3. HR Manager Salary :- they claim salary will be paid to users who refer so much that they get upgraded to HR managers. Therefore if you are able to refer alot of users and perhaps, get upgraded to a HR manager, you will be paid monthly salary including your earnings from photos uploaded and percentage of your referrals’ income as well. A win-win no matter how you look at it. Don’t you think?
Withdrawal Process
This is where it gets interesting and also a part of the discussion most people reading this article can’t wait to know about.
There is no minimum withdrawal stated on the webpage but users can only withdraw on the 20th of August and then subsequent withdrawals from the platform will only happen on the 15th and 20th of every month.
As a user, you will not be able to access your earnings till the aforementioned dates. The first withdrawal from the platform will take place next month on the 20th. Thus, you shouldn’t get your hopes up about earning free money anytime soon especially if you just got to know about Nodemics recently.
Is Nodemics Legit?
In my opinion, Nodemics is not a legit earning platform and their claims of working towards developing an AI that will be able to generate better images is false.
Why did I say so? Well, the truth is, no one has been paid by the platform yet, it just got out in recent times with everyone just giving it a shot to know if it will turn out to be positive. However, the reality is, there are strong indications pointing to the high possibility of it being a waste of time. In order not to waste more of your time, let’s dive right into some of them;
Unrealistic Earning
Nodemics earning structure is not realistic in any way. While it is understandable for a standard platform, truly working towards developing an AI to pay huge money for pictures, the truth is, the earning structure and arrangement on the platform is typical of spam and fake earning sites.
The first indication being the registration bonus of over 12,000 naira given to new users upon sign up. When you create an account, you will be given 12,050 naira membership wage which according to them can also be withdrawn later on.
Additionally, you also get a performance reward upon sign up with an option to earn even more money daily by uploading pictures. They claim the photos are for AI and that users are required to upload their main images, yet there is no manual review of the images being uploaded.
I tried it out and even started earning within a few seconds. No perusing of the pictures, you can just upload useless images and earn for it. That brings us back to the same old bone of contention. No real earning platform can be that lackadaisical about the images users upload since the images would be used for something as serious as AI development.
Therefore, it’s glaring that, Nodemics is just a waste of time.
Fixed Payment Date
Nodemics has a fixed payment date and if you have been following my reviews or ever read any of my publications, you will know I despise fixed payment dates for so many reasons. One of which being the fact that, most fraudulent site owners intentionally use it to buy enough time to generate ad revenue and undeserved traffic from visits of users. Then when it’s time for payment, they ghost users.
The same thing will most likely happen on Nodemics. How can a platform that claims to have the interest of users at heart, fix such a distant payment date (August, 20th) So users are expected to keep uploading images till the so-called payment date? Naaah, that’s a very big Red flag.
Spammy Pop Ups
One of the main factors that made me conclude that Nodemics is not legit is the spammy advert pop ups that open behind a user’s browser while trying to upload images. I mean, the annoying pop ups clearly reveals their intentions — generating ad revenue from the traffic.
Therefore, if you have high hopes of getting paid by Nodemics after uploading countless images of yourself or whatever, then it’s best to discard such hopes and zero your reflections. The chances of getting paid on this platform is almost zero or even at zero if I decide not to be economical with the truth.
No way to Reach Customer Support
This is another important factor while dealing with so called online earning platforms. If a platform doesn’t have a group where users can join to chat or converse with each other and doesn’t provide any direct means to chat or message their customer support then it’s most likely scam.
Nodemics doesn’t have a chat group for users and there is no direct way to reach the customer support. Two major red flags that you shouldn’t take for granted.
Conclusion
nodemics.com is most likely a waste of time. I understand that Highflyers paid users well, but don’t fall prey to a typical waste of time or expose your images to a potentially fraudulent website in the name of looking for money. The signs as discussed in this piece are not encouraging at all, the intentions of the owner or administrator of the platform is already so clear and it’s certainly not to your own advantage as a user.
So steer clear and do well to spread this message to others. Someone out there might be unfortunately banking on the income generated from the platform. Thanks.
